Do not go dirty into that good night.

I always shower at night. I think that that puts me in the minority. Don't most people shower in the morning? I can't go to bed feeling dirty/sweaty etc. I have to go to bed, and to sleep, clean. Is this not the case for anyone else? How do you do it?

I also always wash my hair last. It always is the part of a shower that makes me feel clean, so I save it for last. Am I alone in this?

Just curious.

I got into the habit of showering at night because after the kids were in bed was the only time I could generally expect no interruptions. I think it also makes me warm, and going warm to bed is rather nice. Makes it easier to fall asleep. But I don't wash my hair, then, 'cause it takes so long to dry etc. and us females have to style our hair, besides. To style it at bedtime is silly since one would have to redo it in the morning. But otherwise, I'm with you.

hmmm. Well I do shower at night when I'm dirty, like I've worked in the yard or exercised or something, but otherwise I like to shower in the morning. I shower in the morning because then I can do my hair and not have it ruined and quite frankly I can't imagine showering without washing it. Plus I wash my hair first and use the shampoo suds to clean the rest of me. Is that weird?

Like Shannon I shower at night only when I'm more dirty than usual. Mostly its because showering is my major wake up technique. Its the best way for me to get a start on the day.
